This report was prepared in order to comply with the Assignment Giver’s request to review the development of the Regional SPAM between PDAM Pekanbaru and PDAM Tirta Kampar. The development area for this Regional SPAM covers 2 Districts in the Kampar Regency area and 3 Districts in Pekanbaru City. The nearest river that has a large enough capacity to be used as a raw water source for clean water for the 5 regencies is the Kampar Kanan River.

This project has a capacity of 230 liters per second (20 MLD).
Increase the number of customers served, improve the quality of treated water, reduce the rate of water loss (NRW), improve the quality of PDAM services, formulate a full cost recovery rate in accordance with laws and regulations, and ensure that the organizational capacity of the PDAM is increased so that it is able to provide sustainable excellent service.
